Your personal data, which are necessary for the purpose of using the application of the central digitalized catalogue of the cross-border tourist destination between Zagreb County (HR) and the subregion Obsotelje and Kozjansko (SI), we process in accordance with the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). The aforementioned purpose, in accordance with our legal obligations, the existence of a legitimate interest and the given consent includes: 

  • the collection of personal data for monitoring the application's usage statistics with the aim of improving the function of all the features of web pages and providing a better user experience,
  • the collection and processing of personal data with the given consent for the purpose of direct marketing (newsletter delivery via email) and marketing,
  • the collection and processing of personal data for the purpose of replying to incoming inquiries,
  • the collection and processing of personal data for the purpose of replying to a request for exercising the right of access to personal data,
  • the collection and processing of personal data for the purpose of participating in our activities, training, and lectures.
